Appointments
To ensure we are able to work efficiently and effectively patients must complete and online consultation (eConsult) if they wish to have an appointment with a doctor or nurse. Online consultation (eConsult) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and means you do not need to phone. This ensures the right person receives your request and is able to resolve it quickly.
At the current time most GP consultations will continue to be done remotely via telephone consultation or video link. We will continue to provide face to face appointments for examinations and procedures where this is the best and safest way to help you.
For non-urgent issues, please follow the guidelines below and choose the right service, which can help you without any appointment. This will help us being more efficient and making an appointment available to you when you need it the most.
