Covid Vaccination Updates

Update - 5th October 2021

The NHS Vaccine Resolution Centre has now gone live for those who have received COVID vaccinations abroad. This is accessible through dialling 119. Where a patient has received their first vaccine dose overseas, but needs their 2nd dose in England they should approach a walk in/pop up service or contact our local vaccination site on 01344 233300.

Patients registered with an NHS England GP whose COVID vaccinations were administered in the home countries, i.e. Northern Ireland, Wales or Scotland should find they now automatically appear on English NHS records. This will enable them to book a second dose in England through the National Booking Service, if they wish, and to access the NHS Covid Pass.

For all vaccine queries, please call 119, please do not call your GP Practice.

Update - 29th April 2021

Magnolia House Surgery has joined with the other Ascot practices, & some Bracknell  practices, to deliver in the COVID-19 vaccinations from a vaccination centre at Waitrose Sports Centre in Bracknell RG12 8FP.

When it is the right time for you to receive your vaccination, you will receive an invitation which may be via the phone, text or through a letter. The invitation may not be from the surgery, it may be from BPC who are providing local vaccination service or the NHS directly.

We know lots of people are keen to get the vaccination but we are asking you NOT to contact the practice to get an appointment. You will be contacted when we are ready, and have the vaccinations available, for your priority group.

Please be patient – you will be contacted.

A provisional ranking of prioritisation for the vaccine for persons at-risk is set out below and patients will be invited according to this ranking - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-vaccination-care-home-and-healthcare-settings-posters/covid-19-vaccination-first-phase-priority-groups
